What Happens on Shoot Day

If you're booking with us for the first time, here's what a typical shoot looks like, from the moment I arrive to the day you get your files.
1. A quick walkthrough
I start by walking through the home to plan the shots and spot any clutter. I'll move small things out of the frame and let you know if anything needs a quick fix.
2. Photos and iGuide
Next, I shoot the photos room by room and capture the iGuide 3D tour. I work in an order that keeps the sellers out of the way as much as possible.
3. Video and drone
If your package includes video, I film the interior and exterior, plus any detail shots. Drone is weather dependent, so if it's too windy or rainy, we'll find another time for the aerial shots.
4. Editing and delivery
Photos and the iGuide are delivered within 24 hours. Videos take 48 to 72 hours, because each one is edited with care. You'll get everything in a link that's ready to upload to your listing and social media.
